Loyal Ears is radio's oldest loyalty vendor standing
at the vanguard of the points-for-listening methodology. After years
of spending thousands of dollars on research that clearly showed
prize pigs to be the most insignificant part of a stations cume,
we fused a burgeoning culture like loyalty rewards with an Ebay
method of redemption. We simply wanted a quantifiable way to justify(and
get a return) on radio contesting. Being'caller 10'......was not
it! While caller 10 was happy, the rest of the listening audience
was miserably bored.
We set out to incentivize behaviour in two important ways:
1. Make listeners LISTEN LONGER!
2. Incentivize their presence at client remotes.
Radio finds itself at a critical crossroad today where a divergence
of alternative media have attritioned terrestrial audiences. While
the local radio brand is important, there must be true value in
the brand for continued usage. A loyalty program that drives repeated
on air/online attention is the best way to keep listeners connected.
Will this software make a bad station good? No. Will it make a good
