Client Bulletin: Stories from the Front!
Something funny happened the
other day at a WICO remote. A Prize Pig bought a car! When was the last time one
of your speed dialing buddies spent 30K at a remote? While a loyalty program develops
three levels of players/listeners, the top tier can find a different, more sophisticated
kind of prize pig. You see, this prize pig DOES what you want them to do. They
listen intently, attend most remotes. They even buy mdse,(if the offer is right)fill
out diaries, and stop watching television.
This Maryland couple has been doing everything they can to win the speed boat
to be auctioned in July. They remarked to a sales rep that they had actually 'stopped
watching television at night' so as not to miss a word. The client was NOT the
most progressive dealership in the world. Located on the outskirts of town, this
still half paneled auto showroom, complete with bowling plaques on the walls of
sales reps, was leary of spending money on this type of a radio remote. However,
dealership personnel listened to WICO and were players in the game. So management
was persuaded to give it a go.
The RESULTS: On a rainy night, 40 miles out of Salisbury, 96 people went to the
Subaru showroom for a 200 pt keyword-for-test-drive. And our familiar couple BOUGHT
a Subaru Forrester, because the promotion(that evening) was right.
In this case, 96 people are the 200 lb rudder that steers the 200 ton ship. Steer
parts of your hard won database into clients that will incentize properly............and
you become the most powerful media agent in town.........GUARANTEED!
