ask the client,"How will you measure me"? Then proceed to simply incentivize
the client where needed because points are free!

scheme that would not only bring people in..................BUT KEEP them there
to spend more concession money.WICO set up a booth for listeners to check in
with no share software where they were awarded 500 pts PLUS an additional 500pts
when they identified a 7th inning keyword on the scoreboard.
This was followed by a customer service survey(at home after the experience)
for additional points.Pearlman found a stream of new revenue and a look at the
customer experience in his ball park. WICO will find another long term client
for next year because they employ a system that the competition DOES NOT! .
